Just a quick question or whatever you want to discuss about this. ;)

My question would be, just to make sure, the luxury bedroom I bought for this sanctuary is completely mine, right? I can use the chest there safely and so on?

Yeah, everything inside there will be stored safely and is always yours  , same goes for thieve's guild hideout (Ratway) and Jorrvaskr and the Arch-Mage's Quarters.

Thank you. Just wanted to make sure since it's not its own "room" like, for instance, the Arch-Mage quarters.

Come to think of it, I believe it doesn't even have a door to separate it from the hallway.

You can use trainee assassins as followers as well. Never used one myself (and I dunno why, as I'm a stealthy character), but it's a cool concept nonetheless.

Cicero as well, if you spared him. Though as you said, I have no use for a follower. For the rare occasions this character is getting involved in open conflict in, the assassin dude I can summon once a day is more than enough support.

My follower is more of a pack mule. However, I have seen one cut scene where my follower, stole a killing from me and did a very gruesome kill. They do have their unexpected uses. lol
