Hey there guys,

I have been playing Skyrim for quite a while now and this is the first time i ran into a bug that i was not able to fix or work around myself.

I will try to explain my problem the best i can so i hopefully get some help from you guys..

I am basically unable to interract with any NPC′s, sometimes it seems fine for a while, but when i fast travel to whiterun or another city the bug comes back, when i press E they dont respond at all.
I tried disabling many mods that i had installed, tried creating new saves etc, nothing worked.

i have about 30 mods installed, but most of them dont impact npc's. ones that do are Followers can relax to and fixed followers lite, i tried disabling either one but didnt change anything.

Hopefully you guy can help me out here, because i havent got a clue how i can fix this, been wasting my whole evening on it ><

You press [E] to interact with NPCs. Are you using a console controller? What about keyboard and mouse? Does the NPC interaction work okay then? Have you remapped any keys?

Im sorry i confused you, i mean When i press E, they dont respond, i play on PC and use keyboard + mouse, and yes i have checked my keys. i know because if i hold E towards my follower i can tell him what to do, but i cant get any dialogue to come up (trade, wait here, follow etc), this counts for pretty much all npc's.
