I have found I am missing the blurring effect on fires and the invisibility spell since the last patch.

I only found out when I removed ENB series and Enhanced shaders from the system since there is a grass and water bug when using them.

When I had installed ENB 0.96 Anti-Freeze patch by itself in earlier patches I found I had the same issue with missing blur effect which I have with the latest patch but would disappear when I removed it, now it does not matter whether I have it installed or not unless I have Ehnanced Shaders installed as well, but as mentioned the graphical errors return with the water and grass.

Anyone have this issue with missing heat blur and invisibilty graphical effect?

Hopefully it can be resolved.

EDIT:-

Reverted back to 12.1 cataylst, now the missing heat blur and invisbilty effects are there.
