Sry if this has been asked but im on my phone and cant figure out if theres a search function.

But im on the quest where i have to shadow golum-ei , i have compleated that part and then talked to him again, i just noticed the dialog option were i say something like "you know im keeping the deed right" and he said thats fine she disnt want it anyway.

Does this mean that goldenglow estate is now mine and if so is it safe to store things there?

Any help will be apreciated thank you.

Just answering off the top of my head here... but I don't think you get to use the Goldenglow Estate the way you would a regular home. I revisited that location recently and was attacked, so even if I am the rightful owner, they don't believe it.

There's another place like this one,
Spoiler
the former home of Mercer Frey. You have to break in to his home during the quest in which you ultimately dispatch him to Sithis, and of course once he's dead, he won't need his (rather nicely appointed) home in Riften. I go back sometimes to get some gold, potions, and xp killing the bandits squatting therein.

No. That's not one of the properties you can buy in the game. I also wouldn't store anything in homes like this, or abandoned homes like Mercer's. Unlike the Cistern, the game will delete your stuff if they're in these houses because their areas don't belong to you! Perhaps this wiki walkthrough might help
