Video capture software?

Can anyone suggest a decent video capture software to use with Skyrim? I'd like to be able to import transferred video over to my Mac for editing in iMovie if possible,,,,

there is no frame rate hit even if you record at full screen rez and the quality is exellent. fraps always has a performance hit and i think they gimp the quality settings like they do with screengrabs to intice you to pay for the full version. afterburner runs better and looks better.
