Hello I'm looking in to finally buying a PC so i can mod and overall have a better experience with skyrim. On a 600$ dollar budget can i get a decent computer that will handle skyrim and good mods? feel free to post links (i'm not very technical so i don't know alot of computer terms)

First question.

Do you have a monitor, keyboatd, mouse, speakers/headset you can reuse? The monitor is the biggest things and can save a lot of money.

Also, do you have an operating system installation disc handy? Not having to buy a new OS can also save money.
