Please help me identify this graphics card : V

Hey guys I bought this graphics card from a friend for $20 whose dad brought him it home from work for him to have. I'm having trouble identifying the card. If anybody could help I would greatly appreciate it. On the front it says ATI radeon: Premium graphics. Its red and black.

57xx probably a 5750 or a 5770?
