After completing the Pieces of the Past quest and killing the enemies there, for a while
the dremora would respawn after a certain time period so they could be killed again,
Lately, they do not respawn at all for me no matter how long I wait (well over 30 game
days either in or out of a city/village). This is also true of the forsworn at karthspire and
any giant camps. Did the latest patch do anything to affect any of these areas?

Wiki says this is a known bug, not sure though if its patch related
