I've got some issues in Skyrim. The problem was started when I changed some settings in my Catalyst Control Center like AA and AF (i've selected "use application settings" and lowered the setting).
When i replayed Skyrim i found some issues (black polygons on textures and textures "elongated", as if they had been stretched like an elastic.

I tried to disable Catalyst AI, restore default values in CCC and reset settings as they were before altering them, but the problem doesn't disappear)

Before changing my settings, Skyrim worked.

P.S:

My sistem:

Windows 7 ultimate x86
ATI Radeon HD 4350 with 512 MB
2 GB RAM
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.40 GHz, 3391 Mhz, 1 core

DirectX 11
Pixel shader 4.1
Latest version of Catalyst Control Center

I usually play Skyrim with medium settings,
and small drops of FPS.
And the problem persist in other games (like Risen 2 Dark Waters)

Have you tried uninstalling AMD drivers, rebooting, install latest drivers fresh, rebooting?

That means I'm not the only one with this problem. Already deinstalled the drivers completely (yes, I even used drivercleaner) Made a clean reinstall. Did not fix this.
Then I tried using the oldest drivers available that came with my notebook, they worked but because of my too thorough unistall i had no sound (HDMI sound or something was associated with ATI's control center), so I had to unistall the drivers again (again cleaning the registry etc) and reinstalled the newest drivers... Which did not help, again

As far as I know, reverting to older drivers might fix this, but in my case I have to use the notebook specific drivers (ATI Mobility center) which makes reverting to some of the older driver versions quite difficult.

The funniest thing is, that I never experienced any graphic bugs in Skyrim before my driver update, now almost every game has some of the artifacts described by the thread starter.

Uninstall CCC as well, and try reinstalling, or, Get Ray Adam's ATI Tray Tools..... less of a footprint than CCC.

Also, artifacting, and graphical glitches that stretch across the screen, is generally a sign of failing video memory.

Would that work with a notebook graphic card, Ray Adam's ATI Tray Tools?

My system: Acer Aspire 6930ZG, Pentium Dual Core CPU T4200 (each 2Ghz), 4GB Ram, winvista 32bit, sp 1
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570.

Well I hope not that my graphic card memory is failing, any way to check into that?
Thanks for all your help
