I need your help.

Yesterday, shortly after I finished the quest Brelyna's Practice, my game got stuck in third person. I couldn't zoom in using f anymore, and I could scroll in and out anymore.
I tried several things to get rid of it, none worked. I tried:

• Loading an old save
  
• Starting a new game
  
• disabling all mods
  
• disabling all mods and starting a new game
  
• verifying the game cache
  
• reinstalling the game
  
• deleting the .ini's and letting the game regenerate them

None of those worked. I'm desperate. I really need your help. I have actually no idea what could cause this. It has to be something external I'd say because the problem persists even after reinstalling the game.

No, sadly it didn't. I'm so confused, how does a problem even persist after completely reinstalling the game?

Update: I removed every mod, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it as clean as possible again. It still doesn't work. What the hell?

Update 2: I solved it. I reinstalled DirectX by running the setup file in /skyrim/DirectX10, then I loaded a relatively old save file from long before the issue. Problem solved. New saves work now, too.
