Finally got the game for the PC.
Windows 7
AMD 4100 Quad Core 3.6Ghz
5.66 Usable RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4250 2.8G Available memory

The game is a bit slow, but runs fine. One problem is the light sources sometime bright as day(during night), sometimes dark as night(during day) and so on at any other time of day.
I've followed some of the basics fix my problem guides like reinstalling directx and updating video card drivers. I am plugged into a Samsung 42" monitor/tv that seems to only allow 60 Hertz. Running at 1360 x 768 resolution, and does not seem to allow me to go any lower.

Oh yes, and I often get a grid pattern on walls or floor and beams from light sources.

Sorry guys, I used to solve these problems myself once (Daggerfall to Oblivion), but the age has gotten to me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not to old to figure that the problem is probably related to the video card, but too old to figure out how I may fix it.
