My pc head is visually missing. I can equip helmets just fine, but with or with out a helmet the head is just gone. This is only a visual effect, there is no effect on game play.

Help plz?

Decapitation kill move and the script has stuck.
I reckon that you'll only be able to "fix" this by reloading a save from before that kill move.
