How far have you got in the quest? What point are you at?

Are you trying to talk to someone that has an arrow over their head? Are they busy with something else?

We need more information or you can't be helped.

yes the boss is dead and the quest say go to quest giver and hand it in. and its a dot on the quest giver in town to. but wen talk to her i can only train sikill or ask for more jobb. but then she say i work for som one ells

and you've made sure you've scrolled up and down the full list of conversation topics? sometimes the topic you need is not visible and you need to scroll down to see it. just checking.

This is the quest he's talking about. It looks like he's talking to the right person, and there's no item he could have accidentally dropped. The only thing I can suggest is to try talking to the other companions. If she thinks you're working for someone else, maybe you need to talk to them.

Also, try talking to Kodlak (the leader). The next quest should come from him.
