I was walking on the road outside falkreath and came across the traveling bard except this time he was a spirit, dialog and all that was normal just this time dead lol. Has anyone seen this? Wondering if it was just a glitch

I fell in a river that dragged me off a huge waterfall and a ghost of a bard appeared at the bottom and told me some story then played a song and I gained 1 point of speech

That happened to me (WreckSauce's thing, i mean) when i took the "Bard's Leap" at Lost Valley.

I haven't taken the leap yet I guess he walks around I thought he just appeared when you jumped
