Skyrim endgame pay-off

As much as I enjoyed my 200+ hours into my only toon, last night gave me the most impressive/immersive experience of the game as I wind down my final quest lines. Battle for Solitude on the Stormcloak side + Dragon Call shout. A pitched battle in a city for a good half an hour and my 'pet' stayed on to help from the first assault until the last imperial was crispy. Unbelievable fun.

Sometimes it's nice to hear people appreciating things. Glad you had a great time mate, this game really can bring you in at some points and just make you feel wow

Ahhh I never even thought of doing that...it sounds absolutely epic! I'll have to keep that in mind on my next playthrough!

Part of it was I never had a random dragon appear in a walled city - so that was new to me too. I wondered very much whether the shout would work, but in fact bet very heavily that it would, considering its cool-down period.
