Poor dialogues and quest progression

I seriously think skyrim lacks dialogue option and choice making in some quests, let's say markarth, mine, forsworn.
Although the guards were complete [censored]s, the quest when they take me prisoner made me feel so unworthy.
I stated the quest with the civil war already, was on ulfric's side, so w/e the forsworn are, I was pretty much against them... I was just waiting for the moment to ambush them in the mine. Obviously I personally couldn't kill the leader in the mine, forgot his name, he was too hard for me. Next thing I find is were on the lose and I become their friend? Seriously...

There are some other quests that seriously lack on options...
Not to mention the dialogue system is boring... With all due respect this game is great and all but I found the dialogue options lame, not enough humor. Personally I'm an evil character and I wanna speak to people on the same level. I found most of the quest dialogues pretty much like, yes or no.

While slightly agreeing, I tend to overlook it after the expansive landscape, countless dungeons, various gameplay options, and replay value are taken into account.

More options are always good.
