Missing textureswallsobjects and ctd

So I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but I can play Skyrim on high settings no problem on my rig, and rarely have ctd issues, etc.

But recently, my game freezes and crashes quite a lot to desktop with no error messages (only outdoors), but I have also noticed that areas are not loading correctly/fully, both indoors and outdoors. For instance, if I'm out in the world and enter a new cell, the trees never switch their LOD so they look awful, the textures are not loaded, and most times entire walls, doors, and buildings are missing from the world, usually followed by a ctd. When I go indoors, without fail there are missing objects, missing light sources, just an empty room. Sometimes I walk into a place, even the smallest cave, and the entire indoor area isn't even loaded, so I just fall endlessly into a blank nothingness, with maybe one other dead body falling off in the distance. If I restart the game at the autosave when entering, it fixes the issue. But this happens with almost every building I enter from the outside (this never happens in towns, mind you). So I am wondering if this is a memory issue? I have 8gb of RAM and a GTX 560 1gb, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I have tried finding this problem elsewhere but have not had any luck. Any help would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!

Are you running any mods? Installed or disabled any texture replacers lately??

The obvious solution is to backup your saves, uninstall/reinstall the game.
