Hey guys,

is there a way to turn shadows on grass off? as it were in 1,4?
my PC can't handle it, I have done some research, into changing the .INI files but it doesn't seem to do anything...

There is a mod out that disables all shadows in the game. Could use that until were able to turn off only shadows on grass mate.

Well that svcks, ohh well, can you reccomend how to turn shadows off? I tried a nexus mod one.. but.. it caused gamebreaking visual glitches :S

Can't find the mod mate, may have been taken down. Have a look at the skyrim Nvidia tweak guide, see if there are ini settings to disable shadows completely.

Really weird, when i am not looking at grass (whiterun) or riverwood or places like that... I get like 120 fps
but when I look at trees or.. well rocks.. I get 10 fps... WITH Shadows on

Without I just get a 30 - 10 fps overall...

The only thing we can do is to complain more so that Bethesda would notice... or they actually have noticed but just don't care.
