Ingredient Respawn? : V

Anyone know how long it takes ingredients, specifically Wheat at farms, to respawn?

It's quite a while. I think at the minimum it's a few in-game weeks.

Are there any associated quests with it though like in Oblivion?

Well, out in the wild no, but find the Dark Elf Lady at a farm.

Nirnroot respawns all over the place. I've re-harevsted it several times from many locations.

If I were to guess, I'd say about the same amount of time as ore. (About a month in-game.)

I've seen them in and around Morthal respawn.

As for respawn time, it's 720hrs.
That's 30 days. Make it 31 to be safe.
Stay out of that particular game cell for 31 days.

Ditto, especially in containers or on people's shelves. I've gotten tons of the crap, often from the same places I previously got them. I can't personally confirm that they re-spawn out in the wild, but since it re-spawns other places I don't really care either.
