As for item lists just type in the console "help Itemname 0" without quotes and put the name or part of the name of the item in pace of itemname. Much easier than having to look for it in the list. An example is lets say you wanted blue butterfly wings. You could type without quotes "help blue 0" and every item that has the word blue in it will show up with the item id. Then you can type "player.addItem itemid amount" and you will get that item and ammount of items.
