Found a gltich where you can infinitley sprint, but only while doing shield charge (needs final perk in block)
1. get into sneak mode
2. raise your shield
3. start sprinting (charging)

I had ebony mail on while doing this, and my patch is still 1.0. Its pretty fun to just stunlock the whole city, though after a while you stop running straight, kinda weird.
