After the Dark brotherhood main quest.

After the Dark brotherhood main quest.

I just completed the main quest and I loved it. It's just that it seems kind of empty. Babette for example all she does is play "musical chairs" going from one room to the next to sit in a chair. What I would like to see is her working the Alchemy stand (when you get the upgrade for the poisoner's nook). Or doing something of a daily rue teen like the other NPC's. It just would look better if the other NPC's had a more active daily rue teen as well, talking with others, sleep, eat, kill the dog ;0 that sort of thing.
Also, if you could send your assassins on missions for the Dark Brotherhood to make money and gain fame.

You could also have a pot that the money you and your assassins make for the Dark brotherhood to hire more members, train them get more equipment and upgrades. Ma be more dialog options with them as you upgrade your base.

Also earlier in the game (before I joined the DB) I got attacked by them and they attacked me with two weapons. Which was really cool and powerful. However, the DB Initiates only seem to be able to attack with just one weapon. It would be really cool if this was changed.

Like I said I loved the main quest line and the side quest for the DB I just would like to see it kind of go on as if things were going on even if I was at the base or not.

Thanks.

Tread carefully - the following spoiler might change your gaming experience! ... lol

Spoiler
I agree.. when I completed the DB quests it became rather empty, especially with Astrid dead (she was kind of 'nice'.. hehe).
Remember though that Babette is a vampire, and think she's kind of tired of playing teen pranks

Since I was carrying 300.000+ coin on me when completing the DB quest, and got re-established, I spent some good money on decorating the joint.
It has a much better feeling to it, now there also are new members and such.

Well, this forum is all for Cheats, Hints, and Spoilers... maybe you should reconsider the General forum instead.

Hehee, sorry bro :) but I'm sure you'll find the DB quest line unique anyway, even though you have read my mild spoilers.

Well it gives some good enchants for thieves / assassins - but I haven't really used it. I'm gladly still wearing parts of the Nightingale armor.

Babette does use the Alchemy table every now and then. BUT-

the tables, workbenches, etc do NOT have child specific animations. When a kid uses one (I've seen the blacksmith's daughter in Riverwood do this as well), they balloon up to advlt size, use the table and shrink down again. You want immersion breakers? That is a freaking immersion breaker. I'd honestly rather kids didn't use the workstations at all.

Hmm, I do like the look of the Nightingale armor, but concerning enchantments, once you lvl enchanting to 100 and are able to put 2 enchantments on your gear, you won't care about any other set than the one you make yourself. LOL

As for the DB quest line. I agree, after it's all over, it can be a boring routine. Talk to the Night Mother, get the contract, kill the victim. lol

But yes, I LOVED the whole DB quest line. DB quests were also amazing in Oblivion! (Who here remembers Summitmist Manor - Whodunit? One of my favorites haha. Oh and Lucien? OMG he rocked!) I really liked the additional perks, when you followed the specific parameters set forth by the quest giver.

LOL, lvl 76 - you've been around :D I think reaching lvl 50 (my current lvl) took long enough! I don't use a whole armor set though - I wear the Nightingale armor and boots, the rest of my equipment are random sorts that give me better Archery and Sneaking :)
