i'm a breton, always take the lord stone since it gives you 50 more armor protection and 25% magic resistance, i put most of my perks in destruction, conjuring, alteration, illusion, sneak and archery..at level 54 i have about 550 magic, 200 health, 270 stamina(thats including enchantments) i wear a glass helmet, scaled bracers and boots, all my gear is double enchanted and this is what it is.
master robe of destruction - 22% destruction fortification
helmet - 25% destruction fortification/25%illusion fortification
necklace - 25% destruction fortification/25% conjuring fortification
ring - 25% destruction fortifcation/25% alteration fortifcation
boots - muffle and 70 points of stamina
bracers - extra magic and 45% bow damage boost
i use an ebony bow but carry an imperial bow for soul trapping and weaker type enemies, and lastly i always use a female follower. usualy aela, brelyn or eola. but wait til level 25 at least to pick any of em up to ensure better durability at higher levels.
