Loaded a previous save and found me and my follower, Erik the Slayer, like this. I had saved while mounted and this is the first time I'd had this happen. I tried to dismount but hitting 'E' (mount/dismount) just trigged "talk to Erik". I walked and Erik literally walked in sync with me, staying up there.

Reloading fixed it and I never saw it again. Not a big deal but was so funny I had to share.
