Two games of different context have something specific in common - persistent preachers concerned so much in making others believe that all of their wakey-time is devoted to their public rhetoric. Have you seen Heimskr or Confessor Cromwell eat? I like to imagine that Talos and the Glow provide more than what is abundant to give them their daily strength.

You can weigh these two separately by any scale, or not. The scale I chose is the amusemant of presentation:

Confessor Cromwell ( close second )

His presence is one of someone who carries himself with confidence because he has found an avenue of thought so perfect that it is inviolate and airtight. His voice is gentle and his words are informative, but I can sense him puffing out his chest. His character in private may be interesting depending on your style of play, but I care not and focus more with his practice of taking tithe and calling it 'donation.' Some fans complain that Liberty Prime is god, but LP is metal and AI and does what he is supposed to do. Cromwell is a puny fleshling and he stands in irradiated water all day long next to a bomb. Forget what 'evidence' you think you found, prove to me that it wasn't planted. Confessor Cromwell might be a god man. Set the bomb off if you want to, but does he truly die from it or is that the time when he chooses to ascend?

Heimskr ( winner )

'Heimskr' in Icelandic is not a nice thing to be called, much less have it be your name. Unlike Cromwell, Heimskr's presentation is replete with 'by Talos stop what you're doing right now and sound the alarm nothing is more important the end is upon us' and his voice alternates between desperate and more desperate. It's that frequent point where his tone loses it and crosses straight over into Charlton-Heston-it's-a-mad-house that gets me every time and inspires a silent chuckle with a slight desk pound. It matters nothing that it is just another pleasant day and the children are playing tag and there is no dragon within miles - tragedy is upon us today, tomorrow, and forever. Heimskr had a dream that one day Skyrim will not be judged by the color of its skin but by DOOM. He offers no solution or constructive advice whatsoever, but it is a joy to hear this man struggle for his composure with such effort and see him sidestep all daily indifference, yet the paltry fruit of his labor is comedic atmosphere. Cromwell is like any preacher who thinks he has unlocked the answer - eliminate him, there is another one somewhere else. There are plenty of diamonds to find in Skyrim, but Heimskr is irreplaceable.
