I can not readany books, it's justblank pages.Does anyone knowhow to fix it?

What mods are you running?

Books are pretty simple things, not much beyond a mod can mess them up so it has to be a mod related issue.

Dont have any mods on.

I install the high resolution texture pack (The free DLC). After that the problem started.

Doesn't matter, you need to uninstall them (as opposed to disabling them) and remove any and all files added by mods for it to have any affect.


Due to its nature, it wouldn't be causing this.

Also, verify your files after uninstalling your mods to be safe and wipe your INI files in (My )Documents/(My )Games/Skyrim.

Also, please use a better font color (personally, I like the default) as yours blends very well with the default background and is very hard to see.

okay..... But when i said i did not have "any mods on" I mean taht i have not even downloadedsome mods.... it is the orignal game, has just downloaded the Free DLC, NO MORE

Saying you don't have them on generally means disabled, for future reference.

Also, have you verified the files yet and wiped the INI files as I also mentioned?
