If I was you I'd check around Riverwood for her because she's also been seeing Sven and Faendal. You do know how to pick them don't you.

Seriously though, wait a few days in game then check her house in Riverwood and back at the Church, missing wives have been known to turn up eventually.

After the wedding your spouse walks from Riften to wherever you guys decided to live. The walk from Riften to Whiterun or Riverwood is quite long, give her an in game day or two to arrive.

Did you spoke to her after the wedding ceremoney? I had the same prroblem, you have to go back to Riften to the temple of Mara, your wife will be in the temple! Talk to her and she will go to Riverwood
