Why is it that Bethesda fails to make a game that never freezes up and requires me to restart my xbox? Fallout does it, Oblivion and Skyrim do it too. Why can't they make it perfect?

Actually I think they have learned and improved. Morrowind was a problem for me with freezing. Oblivion was better but still had a few moments at particular times. Now with Skyrim it rarely ever hiccups on me.

Other than that, everyone else is probably right. Bethesda is out to get you and your little xbox too.

My first recommendation would be not to buy Bethesda games and not bother joining a forum that is based on their games.

I loved Morrowind, but the freezing was worse than any game I've ever played. And to make it worse the load times were ridiculous.

I loved all three. I figure there isn't anything out there that is perfect. Even my garage door hiccups sometimes. I'll always buy TES games.

It's much better then the previous games in terms of how often it freezes. I've only had 10 freezes in 300 hours of play, that number would be double to tripled with Fallout 3 due to Lamebryo.
