I actually laughed when Barbas started talking. Not because of a talking dog but the way he talked. It sounded like, well, someone doing an impression of a dog. If that makes sense.

Someone on youtube commented that it sounds like Barbas is from New Jersey and wouldn't look out of place in a Soprano's game, and i couldn't sum it up any better. It was so over the top. I did like him though.

Oh and how come there have been loads of dog in TES, Wiki says there's been 16!!!....But no cats?

I liked this questline, though I got annoyed with Barbas because he kept running into me when I stopped to talk to people.

I laughed my ass off when Barbas started talking to me... I thought I was just hunting down a dumb mutt, but what a pleasant surprise. I liked his company at first, having a faithful companion - but WHAT THE F... I got annoyed after a while!! he kept barking and pushing me from my target sight: barking + pushing = no sneaking + archery = fail. I dumped the mutt and ...! whew.. time for a beer.
