i haven′t been able to use any scrolls. i have put the little arrow beside the scroll but nothing.

Powers as well.

I am a Dunmer, and have the Ansestors wrath, but never been able to use it. Anyone?

am guessing its the same for ancestral wrath

for scrolls you just equip it like a weapon and it goes in that hand and you use it just like casting any spell.

for powers you select it in the powers menu and it takes your shout spot so "Z" on the keyboard, or what is it called on the controller? R1? whatever that button above the right trigger.

clarification powers menu is a sub tab in the magic menu.
