There's this huge centurion near this big stone slab that I keep thinking I have to invigorate or something. I've got the falmer translating guide, now I need to duplicate the writing on Calcelmo's stone. And I'm stuck. Beyond belief. Anyone done this before? Help?

** also, I think I'm completely off with the centurion thing -- but I have no earthly idea what the other item I need is.

Not sure if this is what you are referring to, but if you are trying to translate the journal for the Thieve's guild questline then what you need to do is to get paper and charcoal and click on the stone again. it should automatically work and the quest should be complete. The paper and charcoal are right up the ramp in the room. Good luck!

Great. I'm also stuck in this quest, got the paper but only missin one thing but now I know what I'm missin.

in order to get a copy of the tablet translation you will need aroll of paper and a peice of charcoal.

then as you approach the tablet it will ask if you want to make a copy of the tablet.
