I have completed Meridia's Beacon, and the word wall only half works now. I obtained the Dawbreaker, and am quite sure I did everything I needed to do. Yet when I approach the Dragon Wall it only makes the noise of a word release, and has minor light emissions. It appears as though it's going to work but doesn't finish. Anyone else experience this?

I understand from reading elsewhere (the wiki, I think, not sure now....) that you need to do the word wall BEFORE you talk to Meridia. I actually got the Beacon somewhere before I ever did either the word wall or Meridia. Surprised me that it worked, just from what else I'd read. Then again, so far I haven't had even one bitty glitch....

Thank you for the info. If this is the case I guess I am SOL for that Elemental Fury word of the shout. It's a good thing I don't really care about that one at all. I will collect it on my next play through though for the trophy. As far as glitches are concerned I have experienced none aside from that, if it even is one?

The fact that you can't use Elemental Fury on enchanted weapons makes it pretty useless, so yeah I wouldn't sweat it

Elemental fury is a [censored] shout, so you're not missing much but the achievement.

To be completely honest my biggest reason for wanting to get it was to clear up the open quest. I went back today after completing a few other quests and whad'ya know it gave it to me, Yeah!!!

It sure does, now I can concentrate on the companion quests without my OCD nagging me about uncompleted ones in my quest diary. LOL

This is my favorite time of year. Not just for the various holidays, but because while my celebrations tend to be private and very personal I know the rest of the world does its best to enjoy and celebrate in whatever ways are most fitting. My best to everyone, no matter what holidays they keep. Under the skin, we ARE all brothers and sisters.

The speed you move at when using Elemental Fury reminds me of Benny Hill running around

I am sure it is a great shout for a tank warrior or any other variant of melee fighter. I myself have pigeon-holed myself as a stealth archer, which has actually worked out quite nicely. I love one-shotting bosses before they even fully get out of a crypt.

On a side note, we mentioned the achievement for shouts. Do you have to fully unlock all shouts to get the achievement?
