I cant enter Makarth because I have a bounty and get stuck in and endless loop unless i attack them...witch raises the bounty i cant go to jail for...
Doesn anyone know if theres a wait time that kill off bounties...id love to know so I can be in that city and look into some sidequests...

EDIT: okay ruin is overstating it. but still, its not like its something that is real intricate and difficult to program, its just one of the little things that annoy me...time to make a new character i guess

Try to find sam in an inn (i found him in whiterun but i heard it can differ) for a quest where he asks you to drink something with you. To not spoil i will only say that you will find yourself within the walls of that city at a certain point and thats how you can also get in..

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is anytime im in the city a guard runs up and starts it...i cant effectively walk around and talk to people
And ive already done the quest, if its the drinking contest thing.

I haven't really looked into it but thieves guild maybe? Or can you only pay off your bounty via the guards?

Anyway, a possible fix if you're on PC. Get near a guard. Before he goes hostile, open the console, click on him and enter paycrimegold. That should remove any bounties.

I'm not sure I understand, do you mean you're not getting the usual options to pay fine, go to jail or resist?
