We all know the reduced regeneration in combat. Magicka, health and stamina regenerate slower. However, what of the Argonian ability Histskin? I believe Histskin makes you regen 10 times faster, so would it be 10x faster at the current limit, which would be meh, or does it regen at non-combat levels, which would be great?

I am debating whehter or not to make an Argonian charaCter, but if it regens at combat levels, I'll just say no.

I've used histskin during a number of tough battles and it's been a literal lifesaver. I can't give you hard numbers on the regen rate, but whatever it is it certainly is "meh."
