vampire disease cure?

How do I cure it?

If you haven't turned into a vampire yet you can visit Whiterun and use the Shrine of Talos there. If you ever have a disease a Shrine of any god will cure them.

Rhapsody,

It looks like I'm already a stage 4 vampire; someone told me that and to go to the mage in Morthal. He doesn't recognize my problem, so doesn't give me any help. I really stuck.
