Where can i getbuy a house with mannequins in it? : V

I am thinking of getting all of the rare armors and stuff and since i can't use them all at the same time i am planning to put them on mannequins! So where can i get/buy a house with atleast 3 mannequins in it?
And i also want weapon wall mounts in the house

Any ideas?

Solitude house has mannequins and weapon racks too.

Awesome. My Windhelm questline is bugged out and a 4000 gold bounty in Solitude. Looks like no mannequins for me.
