First excuse my poor English but i don't find frenchs forums

At the end of the quest, Paratus bring me near the machine but there is no light to drive : A bug ?

hmm there should be one....and with fire and frost bolts you move the machine in the middle so that the 3 lights show to the wall. then move the 3 rings of the wall to the right position and the puzzle will be unlocked...i think you should reload an older save game or try if the lights activate if you are using the machine / activate it

Did you find the crystal? You need the crystal from the falmer earlier in the dungeon.

fire and frost bolts do nothing. I think i'd have to redoo the quest
