What a [censored]!

I married Ysolda and you know what she did as SOON as she got the ring? She just walked away, while the preist was still talking, and disappeared. Couldn't find her. If you have cold feet you might as well tell me, not leave me!
I went back to whiterun and looked for her, and no luck. I went to my house in Windhelm (yep, all hail Ulfric!) and she was not there.
I think she left me for good :(

In my save, even when she's married to me, all she does is to walk around buying food in the whiterun market. Of course, a wolf might have eaten her when she was walking back..

Well that's what you get for calling her the technical term used for a female DOG not a homo sapien or homo meren

Not ferever. you just gotta talk to her in white run again, and she'll ask where your gonna live. find her at her house in Whiterun. You can even use her house as a free small house. it'll say locked all the time but after you talk to her she will five you the key.

It can take her up to two full game days to get back to Whiterun from Riften. Cause you gave her a Mammoth tusk not money for a carraige.

The best is to turn RIGHT when priest is done and initiate that conversation before she leaves the church. That way you either get her key. or you tell her you have a house and she will meet you there. Still may take her two full game days to show up.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Marriage

There is a glitch that can happen if you don't talk to them before they leave.

You can also try to go back to the shrine and wait for a while. Your spouse may return, and the "where do we live" dialogue triggers.

I had the same thing happen when I married that Argonian lass on the docks. After the wedding, I went to Windhelm and to the docks, and found her - walking down the pier. She then proceeded to jump off the end...

I actually had to go back to an earlier save and redo the wedding for another reason, and she did the exact same thing. I figured out that if I jump in, too, and swim over to the shore, she'll follow and I can initiate the dialogue to move to a house there.

Still, though, I was all 'What are you doing? NOOOOOOOOOOOOooooOOoOOOooooo!!!'
