The game can get quite ridiculous sometimes

I'm talking about NPC damage, like when the game basicaly thinks your god and take the most ubber of enemies maybe 5 at once just so you die alot ( no i'm not ubberly leveled i'm only level 25).

A fine example is pinewatch, [censored] that place was not fun, first off the bat i noticed that 90% of the bandits were plunderer's luckily the 10% were not the mages, but still annoying. Most of then were warriors and when they dual wielded i noticed they swinged at like double the speed of mine when i swing an axe, and even tough i have 302 defense from orc armor + an dwavem shield and a ring of + to block +25% they still hurt alot. I might also point out some stuff that i noticed from archers:

I use the sword + shield combo, and i have almost all of the block perks, but one thing bugged me, you see... i got the perk that says "Arrows that hit the shield deal no damage" Well turns out that is a complete lie since i tested it and when the arrow hit the shield ( and i might add, it mostly dosnt, so it's a useless perk to begin with), i still took damage from the arrow, it was as if i was blocking it without a perk, where did the no damage go?

The most fun part was dealing with their boss... she used a shield + dagger and she hit 1/3 of my life if i didn't block! Like... really? It was just an elven dagger. What, is a daedra possesing her arm? The worst part was her attack speed, i bashed my shield aganst her she basicaly felt nothing didn't even flinch, and all in one second she bashed, and did 2 clean hits on me, while the third one was a death cinematic.

I know the game can have challenging moments, but that just felt... incredibly broken especially since that place is not even on a high level area, did you ever come across an area like this?

Early on, Redoran's retreat I think. I was something like lvl 10, and the boss one shotted me probably 10 times before I went in there and used serious cheesy tactics to take him out. I ended up using my Nord racial fear power to get him to run away while chasing him and hitting him with every spell I could
