Discerning the Transmundane Issue [HELP] : V

OK i got to the puzzle bit and I got the Elder Scroll but the Lenix didnt change and now i cant finish the quest!

Please does anyone know if I can reset it???

Reset what?

To continue past this point point in the quest, you must be at least level 15.

You got bugged. This one's known to happen.

Do you have a gamesave form not too much earlier?

no i dont have saves and im level 18 btw
