Morthal Apothecary Lami was killed in the street during a dragon attack. I took her key and went into her shop. Clearly she did not need her ingredients any more, and they were, well, just sitting there. I took them all and left town.

Several days later three toughs assalted me on a mountain-side far from Morthal. I found a note on their bodies saying that Lami had paid them to rough me up for looting her shop, and that if they killed me, that was OK too.

Trying to figure how she put the contract out on me from beyond the grave. Well, actually, her body is still lying in the street and the Morthal guards are not saying anything to me, but that it's a shame she died. Well, I am their Thane, after all.

Pickpocket a few Briar Hearts from Forsworn Briarhearts... They die immediately when you do this, but if you do it enough, eventually one will send thugs after you.
