Stoney Cave treasure map

Killed the Boss in Stoney Cave. Got a treasure map that I can't figure out. Any clues?

I found this treasure. I can confirm it's still there in 1.3.10.

This map and treasure chest is bugged for some people as the chest does not spawn even though the player is in the correct location, looking at the boulder from the correct position.
