Ive finished beating mercer frey and now i was doing the quests for delvin and vex and i did all 7 of them, but how do i do the other quests for the other guild members in other cities so i can get guild master...

You need to do 5 minor quests in one city then devlin gives you the special requests for that city.

Best way to do it is take a quest from both vex and devlin and if they are not in the city you require talk to them again and quit the quest. Rinse and repeat till you get both quests in the city you require. Once you get 5 done, speak to devlin. Repeat for each city as required.

There are not just 7 quest..... actually those quest are unlimited, there are several just to not be doing always the same thing.


You have to do those quest and when you have done enough in one of the main city (at least five quest in each major city) Delvin will give you a special mission to expand the guild power in this city. Tonilia will give you one too when you have done enough special job, but i don't know if it is part of restoring the glory of the guild.

Once you have done those special missions the guild returned to its past glory.

Delvin and vex offer multiple job choices...however the hold they take place in will vary. You will need to complete 5 jobs in each hold whiterun markarth solitude and windhlem. After a hold has 5 jobs completed Delvin will offer you a special job in that hold.

Delvin and Vex offer these jobs and assign them to a random hold. Everything is handled through them.

So keep doing their quests over and over and theyre sending me to different cities at the same time? ?.

You don't have to do the jobs in any particular order, it doesnt matter what hold they send you to, the game will keep track of how many jobs are done in each hold, and will offer the special job once you have completed the right amount of jobs for that hold. Even if you get them in different cities, and that will happen frequently since its random).

Example:
Let's say Delvin sends you to whiterun, vex sends you to markarth....thats one job done in the hold of whiterun and one job that will be completed for markarth upon your return. Once the game sees you have completed the 4 side jobs for a particular hold, delvin will have a new option in his dialogue that will offer the special job for that particular city.

Oh and in case the job is not for the particular hold you want, lets say they keep giving you whiterun jobs and you need a couple more markarth jobs, feel free to quit that job by talking to them and pick up another. They will whine at you for quitting but there is no consequences for it and it allows you to move a bit quicker through the quests if its getting difficult to get that job you need for a particular hold
