No.Cicero is one of the most powerfull and cool companions.He is not annyong like Lydia or Mjorl the Liionels.And the robes that you find in the first room of the Sanctuary just have 5% less of sneak bonus.if you have a very high Sneak skill...you shouldn't worry with that.

You get his armour, even if you don't kill him at the Dawnstar sanctuary. You should see it just as you enter, but I'm not sure whether this is available before or after the upgrade purchased from Delvin of TG.
Besides who else would be crazy enough to look after the Mother.

Cicero is funny and is good to take along as a companion. If you want his armor, its just normal DB armor. But when going after him, his Jester Suit is lying on a table when you enter the Dawnstar sanctuary for this quest.

Yes and yes. But if you missed the gem for the quest "No stoned unturned" you can still get it in the Falkreith Sanctuary.

1 - Doesn't worths taking poor cicero's life. He's a good companion aside of beeing paranoid and annoying..
2 - It's abandoned.

Oh no, you can go in there. Just really no point since the place is well not what it use to be.

Even after four months of game time, the Falkreath Sanctuary is still trashed. It's useable as a make-shift hideout, but there really aren't any chests that you can use to hold stuff. But if you have Steam or a capture card for the Xbox, you can get some really cool character pics in there.
