Don't kill Kaliah, she will initiate you into the nightingales, its not a guild, just an extension of the thief guild. You get awesome looking armor.

You can't kill her neither.Anyway i'm not spoiling.You get teh set after joining the Nightgale.You still a little far from it.What can i say? About 4-6 hours.

You basically become the Thieves Guild's version of the Secret Service...
