Hi to all. I've a problem with this quest which was given to my in collage of winterhold. The librarian asks me to find one of the Shalidor's notes book. But the map marker is not active in this quest and I don't know where to find it? I read it should be a marker on the map but it's nothing there. It's a bug I think. i have 1.3.10 version of the game. Is there any command I can type in console to finish this quest? It;s on the main board not "others". Thank You for any help.

Look in your Journal, the Quest is "Shalidor's Insights". Some quests don't automatically activate the marker, so highlight it and press "m" (on PC, not sure what the controller buttons are).

If that doesn't work, fast travel somewhere and try again. Sometimes that helps.
