i have read before that there is a blind man in the game in a cave near whiterun named ulfr the blind and that i can train sneak by walking near him.
where can i find him?

he is at the whiteriver watch camp or something like that. if you go past the honningbrew meadry in whiterun towards the throat of the world, there should be a little trail off to the right while following that path. There are two bandits up there. Kill them, go inside the cave. Once inside the cave, he asks you if you are someone else, just say yes. There are more people in the cave, but they won't bother you, just go behind him and sneak into the wall.
