odd line

Hi iwas just wondering if anyone elses has seen that odd line in the sky i only nothiced it in whightrun is it a bug or are my settings wriong or what?

If on PC get a Screen cap of it OP? I haven't noticed it.

Is it present during both daytime/night-time cycles?

I don't know what it was but i restarted the game and it had disapered
