I found her. I started wearing my wedding ring and she showed up at the Drunken Huntsman.
It is possible it is a coincidence, but I did check that bar several times before.

Also she is still my follower, but I had to specifically tell her to follow me again.

Sometimes it takes them a long time to walk home from riften if you forget to talk to them before the leave the church. Sometimes they disappear forever. Sometimes they just sit at the church.

I had to redo my wedding 3 times because my husband ran out the door while the priest was still talking and I was frozen.

Most of them do that. You have to exit the priest's conversation (Tab or B or whatever it normally is to exit conversations for you) and nab them before they hit the door.

I don't know if it's a patch-related thing or what, but I'm pretty sure that in my first character's wedding ceremony, her husband actually waited until the ring was given to turn around, but all my characters that have gotten married since then, the person they're marrying turns to leave right after saying "I do" ... Hmm.
