And I mean nothing. Well, barely anything. I won't go into any spoilers, but for the first time, I was actually disappointed about something in Skyrim. I still love it, but I will never touch the civil war again with any character. It felt tacked on and unfinished. Probably because they felt they had to live up to the 11 11 11 date.

There are thousands of threads like this, you should simply use search option and post your opinion there, not spam the forum with repetitive threads about how civil war changes nothing.

Yes, you are rambling. And BTW I personally got all choked up when Ullfric said his speech after we conquered Solitude. Very moving. He did say at the end that I had more important things to attend to.

Both of Ulfric's speeches, both at the beginning and end of that quest, are awesome. I went from wondering if I had made the right choice to being like, "HECK YEAH, ALL IMPERIALS MUST DIE, FOR SKYRIM!"

More things change if the Stormcloaks win than the Imperials, definitely. Not a whole lot, but enough so that the people in the world actually know that the Stormcloaks won, you can worship Talos in Solitude, etc.

Just make it quick. Ulfric is a busy man.

Seriously though, probably leading up to DLC.

Also, if were to bother to take the time to walk around and talk to the civilian populace after the Stormcloaks take over, you get an option to ask them if/how anything in their lives have changed now that the Stormcloaks have won/freed Skyrim. The people have some fun and unique answers. It adds a whole "aftermath" type of twist to conversations. Also, try talking to the people in the places that you had to forcibly conquer leads to some interesting dialogue as well.

The Civil War changes more than you think, it's just not blatant, in-your-face type of changes. You have to look for it.

I thought the Imperial Legion quest line was very well done. Absolutely loved fighting alongside so many NPCs and had a great time.

It was the same for Stormcloaks though, minus maybe one or two circumstances.

The enemy jarl's are replaced...And the dummer and argonians are basically overjoyed that Ulfric is KIA

Go talk to Elisif after the Imperials win, see if she has anything to say after Ulfric, her husbands killer, is dead. Or better yet, go talk to her after you complete the main quest and have spoken to her husbands spirit in Sovengarde! Nothing. There is nothing to say to her and she NOTHING new to say. Huge let down right there. You would think she would have something to say about all this.

This did bug me, I wanted to be able to tell her that I saw her husband in Sovngarde and that he regrets nothing, to bring her peace. Even though I support Ulfric, it seemed like the nice thing to do. But I don't get the option.

I enjoyed seeing all these Jarls in the basemant of the palace in Solitude. I didn't think anything had changed, but then I went down there and they were all pissing and moaning together. Fun.

^They instantly attack me when I go inside the blue palace making it impossible to do uests there due they are unkillable, how can I solve this? this is the only thing that bugged me from the civil war.

General is a discussion forum and dredging up stale threads to post in isn't looked upon very favorably either.
